Booking conditions:
Every reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the Italian law in force. binding for both the person making the reservation and the hotelier.
To finalise the booking it is necessary to: indicate the number and expiry date of a credit card left as a guarantee (payment will be made on arrival at the property) or proceed to pay a deposit no later than 3 days from the date of booking confirmation. The amount of the deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay up to 3 nights, and 50% of the total amount for longer stays.
If we do not receive this information or the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is null and void. The same applies to the balance. If the balance is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled.
As provided for by the Civil Code in Art. 1385, no refund will be made in the event of cancellation or non-presentation, unless exceptions have been agreed with the customer.

All booking cancellations must be communicated in writing.
